About our Owner
Our owner and founder, John A Zanazzi has been a computer expert and educator for over 25years. John has Degrees in Computer networking, Computer information systems and Cisco. He also holds over 50 computer certifications. In addition to handling many medical and dental systems implementations, John's is a content expert and an instructor at Gateway Community College teaching classes in Systems Analysis for Practice Management and if you think he is just another geek who will speak doublespeak to you john has also taught high school classes for over 25 years so he will not talk down to you or talk geek speak. He teaches classes from basic computers to highest level Microsoft class and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
